Bob was born in Queens, New York. He lived in the "Rego Park" neighborhood until he was 11 years old. At that point, his family moved to the town of Haverstraw in Rockland County, N.Y..
When he was 18, Bob moved back to Manhattan and attended courses in Electrical Engineering at RCA technical school.
Bob has been fascinated with technical things since he was a child.
At 10 years of age, he "popped" his first fuse. While this was a standard product development issue, it nevertheless dismayed his mother, since she had to spend the afternoon without elictricity. At the end of the day, his father came home and changed the fuse. All was well again
Throughout high school and his short stay at college,  Bob was building "electronic things" (sometimes even for money). He still does today. Bob has been an engineer all of his life, and has recently enrolled in Colorado Technical Institute for a degree program in software.
